About this role

Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education in Interior Design to students. This includes designing and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to ensure students meet the required standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design or a related field from a recognized institution. • At least 5-8 years of experience in Interior Design, with a strong background in teaching or mentoring. • Possession of superior management, presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Others: • To report to the Programme Leader and understand the Vision, Mission, Values, and Strategic Intent of the organization. • To implement and practice the 4P's learning methodology with students. • To adopt and promote the use of English and French languages among students. • To prepare Module Plans, facilitate lectures, conduct tutorials, design syllabi, and prepare written materials for class use. • To set class assignments and tests, prepare examination papers, mark scripts, and input marks in the Student Information System. • To participate in Academic Committees and Examination boards, liaise with industry stakeholders, and organize Industry Visits for students.
