Interior Design Drafter

Looking for an experiences driven design drafter to join our team. Our design firm primarily focuses on custom residential interior design in Park City, Utah. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail oriented, a self-starter and knowledgeable in all forms of architecture, interior design and drafting... Responsibilities: • This person is responsible for preparing and maintaining thorough and accurate working residential home drawings with detail for an efficient and accurate home plan per the design selections. • Coordinating with the drafting manager, construction and other coworkers to create accurate plans, elevations and design schedules. • Modify communication drawings based on rough sketches, marked‐up copies, and/or verbal instructions. • Updating plan documents and schedules to represent client modifications • Develop necessary views, sections, and details with designer's supervision. • Maintain project drawing files, associated records and documentation in an orderly condition. • Work effectively in a team setting while handling personal workload Required Skills/Experience • 1‐4 years of drafting/architecture experience, experience in the residential construction industry with knowledge in interior design • Drafting Degree or technical training • Relevant residential drafting experience • Trained, proficient, and experienced in AutoCad. Revit is also helpful. Salary commensurate with skills and experience. · Experience in the construction, interior design, and architectural industry. • Prior experience with design/coordination/assembly of construction documents. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe. • Excellent oral and written communications skills. • Ability to follow directions and a willingness to learn · Enthusiasm for new projects and learning opportunities • Integrity, versatility, flexibility and a winning attitude!
