The studio is entering a new phase of growth - with interiors positioned as a core pillar of its long-term strategy. Known for its thoughtful work and studio-first culture, the team blends design excellence with a grounded, collaborative ethos. The Role This Interior Design Director will lead interiors across a range of public and private-sector projects - from early concept through delivery. You'll shape design direction, mentor junior talent, and play a visible role in defining the future of the interiors discipline within the firm. The role offers autonomy, creative ownership, and the chance to make a real impact. The Opportunity • Lead interiors on high-visibility civic and workplace projects • Collaborate closely with firm leadership to shape design culture • Autonomy to build and evolve interior design process and standards • Strong base salary with long-term growth runway • Low-ego, high-performance team environment Requirements • 8-15 years of experience in interior design • Confident leading projects from concept to completion • Preferably have your interior design liscence/NCIDQ. • Strong mentorship, communication, and design leadership skills • Experience in civic, workplace, or public-sector projects preferred • Based in Tampa or St. Petersburg
