As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving international projects from design concept to construction, developing and executing innovative ideas, managing and leading complex projects, allocating resources, facilitating training, establishing client relationships, and more. • *Responsibilities and Deliverables:** • Create comprehensive design concepts. • Develop and execute innovative ideas. • Manage and lead multiple complex projects. • Allocate resources and assist in hiring when new resources are required. • Forecasting required resources. • Facilitate training and onboarding of new staff and junior designers. • Establish client relationships through consistent communication and captivating deliverables. • Consult with clients about project programming and feasibility.
