In this pivotal position, you will engage in close collaboration with QUADRA’s Chief Design Officer (CDO) and Design Director on new product development initiatives, conducting trend analysis to stay abreast of emerging styles in interior design and real estate market trends. Working closely with suppliers and vendors, your role is to ensure the timely acquisition of top-quality products that align precisely with project specifications, budgets, and extremely tight deadlines. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring furnishings, materials and accessories crucial to our real estate staging and turnkey projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in positioning QUADRA's product offering at the forefront of the luxury real estate market and residential design industry. Responsibilities include, fostering a collaborative environment where ideas are shared freely, and feedback is welcomed. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints. Set and uphold quality benchmarks and specifications for procured furnishings, guaranteeing adherence to QUADRA’s product standards and client expectations. Define and articulate the brand identity and visual style for projects, ensuring consistency, coherence, and alignment with client goals and market positioning.
