Interior Design Creative Director

Overview Luxury staging and interior design firm is seeking a Creative Design Director to lead and execute high-end residential projects from concept through installation. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong design eye, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage both clients and team members seamlessly. Duties Lead full staging and design projects from initial walkthrough to final installationConduct client consultations and on-site walkthroughs with professionalism and confidenceSource and select furniture, décor, and accessories aligned with each project’s visionOversee installations, including managing movers, timelines, and team coordinationMaintain organization across multiple projects, schedules, and inventoryCollaborate with leadership to ensure a consistent, elevated design standardExperience Experience in home staging, interior design, or a related field requiredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and client-facing presenceHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage multiple active projectsCollaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindsetValid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredComfortable assisting with hands-on installation when neededWhat We Are Looking For A refined design aesthetic with an understanding of luxury spacesSomeone who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environmentA strong team player who can also work independently.Passion for creating visually impactful, market-ready spacesPay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: Relocation assistanceWork Location: In person
