Interior Design Coordinator

Design Excellence at Niche Interiors Niche Interiors LLC is an award-winning, woman-owned design business that embodies a passion for excellence, client satisfaction, and sustainability. Our firm designs high-end homes in the San Francisco Bay Area, Wine Country, and beyond. Our work has been featured in prominent publications such as Elle Decor, Luxe Magazine, and the Wall Street Journal. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our tight-knit team as a Design Assistant. This key role involves managing the intricacies and tracking the design decisions that go into each project with ease. • Creating detailed client presentations that showcase our design expertise • Requesting pricing and details for fabrics, rugs, and furniture from vendors and suppliers • Maintaining up-to-date client files and organizing sample libraries • Receiving, organizing, and returning fabric and rug samples • Sourcing high-quality materials at the San Francisco Design Center • Communicating effectively with vendors, contractors, and craftspeople • Delivering finish samples to local fabricators Requirements and Qualifications • A 2 or 4-year college degree in Interior Design or a related field • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in drafting programs (Mac-based), Adobe Creative Suite, Word, and Excel • Clear and effective communication skills • A team-oriented mindset and can-do attitude Benefits and Opportunities Niche Interiors offers a generous benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, PTO, and profit sharing.
