About the Role In this dynamic position, you will spend your days working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that they receive exceptional service and expert guidance when selecting the perfect window treatments for their homes or workplaces. You will be responsible for servicing qualified leads generated by our award-winning marketing team, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering outstanding results. The successful candidate will be a quick learner who is adaptable, self-reliant, resourceful, and able to handle competing priorities. A high school degree or equivalent is required, with some college work being preferred. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using a PC and Microsoft Windows-based programs.
