As an Interior Design Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert design solutions to customers, creating visually appealing and functional spaces that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities • Meet with customers to understand their design needs and preferences. • Provide personalized design consultations to create custom floor plans and design concepts. • Collaborate with customers to select flooring and decorating materials that fit their style and budget. • Communicate effectively with customers, store employees, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum 1 year of interior design experience or prior retail/sales experience. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
