Responsibilities • You will be responsible for generating sales by determining our customers' needs and assisting them in the selection process be it for one item or a complete room. • Learn the Furniture product lines and understand the special order and custom capabilities that exist, in addition to the product displayed in store, to ensure that every customer is presented with all the right... options for their unique space and style. • Preparing complete, accurate and timely customer orders. Qualifications • 3 years furniture or upscale face to face sales experience • The ability to work on the weekend. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills • Ability to actively work a retail floor with high levels of energy and enthusiasm Benefits • Compensation is base salary plus commission. • Single medical coverage (additional coverage at employee expense) • 401k • Paid vacation and holidays • Mileage and Toll reimbursement for house calls
