Interior Design Consultant - Full Time

Do you have a passion for modern interior design and giving an outstanding customer experience? BoConcept is a Danish furniture brand which customize furniture for its clients in 300 stores from 65 countries... For the last 22 years, we have had a premium location on M street - in the Georgetown Design District. In may 2019, after a presence from 2004 to 2015, we re-opened a store in Tysons Galleria - prime location on the mall's main floor with an outside facade. As all of us, the ideal candidate will share our passion to exceed customer expectations. They will grow sales by delivering design solutions and building strong client relationships. Experience in interior design and/or premium/luxury sales is required, but it is also important to possess energy, integrity, dedication, personality and a positive attitude. All Design Consultants are trained to use 3-D design software to help clients design their customized furniture and plan the layout of their homes. As we have many international clients, an open mind to the world is essential - fluency in another language would be fantastic. As we want you to grow with us, we will offer you many training sessions in seminars organized by the brand and an online academy will support you throughout your career with us. We offer base salary plus an attractive commission structure - based on team and individual results + health and dental benefits.
