We also have a special program for professional designers and over 3,000 fabrics available online. Role Description This is a full-time Interior Design Consultant role located in Arlington, VA. As an Interior Design Consultant, your day-to-day tasks may include providing expert decorating advice, conducting in-home design consultations, assisting customers in selecting fabrics, window treatments, furniture, and accessories, creating design plans and presentations, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the design process. Qualifications • Exceptional communication and customer service skills • Strong knowledge and passion for interior design • Ability to effectively sell and provide product recommendations • Experience in furniture and fabric selection and coordination • Attention to detail and ability to create cohesive design schemes • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members • Proficiency in relevant design software and tools • Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field is preferred
