As an Interior Design Consultant, you: Learn about customer needs and perform home calls Create and sell customized interior design solutions, including furniture, window treatments and accents. Advise on space planning and coordination of materials. Influence and inspire an ongoing relationship with our brand. Our strongest candidates: Are driven by a sense of accomplishment Have superior communication and time management skills Have an interior design background, related experience in a creative field and/or success in a luxury sales position Have confidence in the benefits of a commission pay structure in excess of a minimum guarantee.
