Summary Provide luxury in-gallery design consulting by assessing walk-in clientele needs, qualifying and educating clients on RH Interior Design services, and managing the client experience from initial contact through product delivery while representing the RH lifestyle brand. Responsibilities Deliver a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated serviceQualify and educate potential clients on interior design servicesOwn all phases of the client experience from first contact to deliveryGrow and maintain a strong client baseAchieve fiscal and sales goalsSupport gallery visual and quality standardsCollaborate with RH Interior Design team to meet client needsRepresent the brand through professional communication and appearanceRequirements Experience within a design firm or high end furniture and luxury retail preferredEducation or experience in art architecture or interior design preferredPeople and relationship driven with strategic and mental agilityHighly organized collaborative and results orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Mac IOS Microsoft Office and Google ApplicationsAbility to lift items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces
