Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth of our business. Responsibilities: • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the shades, draperies, shutters, wallpaper, and epoxy floors industry. • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets. • Present product offerings to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products. • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential areas for growth. Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business development. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Basic knowledge of shades, draperies, shutters, wallpaper and/or epoxy floors is a plus. • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required.
