Interior Design Consultant

Job Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics, with the ability to transform spaces into functional and visually appealing environments. This role requires proficiency in various design software and a solid understanding of the interior design process, from concept development to project completion. Responsibilities • Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget for interior spaces. • Develop design concepts and present them to clients using sketches, mood boards, and digital renderings. • Utilize software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, , and to create detailed floor plans and 3D models. • Select furniture, fixtures, materials, and color schemes that align with the client's vision. • Oversee the implementation of designs by coordinating with contractors and vendors during the build or renovation process. • Conduct site visits to ensure that projects are progressing according to design specifications and timelines. • Manage project budgets effectively while ensuring high-quality outcomes. • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and new technologies in interior design. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field is preferred. • Proficiency in 2020, AutoCAD, 3ds Max etc.. is essential. • Strong understanding of budgeting principles related to interior design projects. • Experience in building or renovating residential or commercial spaces is a plus. • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. • A portfolio showcasing previous design projects is required for consideration. • Knowledge of lighting sales and selection is advantageous but not mandatory. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
