Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced faculty member to join our interior design college. As a Faculty member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students, developing curriculum, and providing mentorship and guidance. Responsibilities: - Conducting classroom lectures and discussions to facilitate student learning - Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans - Utilizing learning technology and research to enhance instructional delivery - Providing individualized attention and support to students - Assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback - Collaborating with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum - Mentoring and guiding students in their academic and personal growth - Participating in faculty meetings, committees, and professional development activities Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred) - Previous experience working with students in a classroom setting - Strong knowledge of curriculum development principles and practices - Proficiency in learning technology and educational software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage a classroom environment - Passion for adult education and a commitment to lifelong learning Note: All positions at our institution are paid.
