What You’ll Do • Curate & Manage Our Selections: From materials and finishes to fixtures and furniture, you’ll help build and refine our master catalogue.. Your design intuition and industry knowledge will shape what goes into every New Avenue home. • Own the Selection Approval Process: You’ll lead the review and approval process for new selections, ensuring everything meets our design standards, budget requirements, and construction feasibility. • Optimize Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with your already established network of trusted vendors — streamlining procurement, staying ahead of trends, and ensuring quality and consistency. • Bridge Design and Construction: You don’t just know what looks good — you know how things are built. You'll collaborate closely with our design and construction teams to ensure selections are both stunning and buildable. • Champion Design Excellence: Be a design leader within New Avenue Homes — advocating for thoughtful, functional, and inspired choices that elevate every project. Who You Are • You’ve designed homes before. Real ones. With budgets, deadlines, and all the mess that comes with it. • An experienced interior designer with a strong aesthetic sensibility and hands-on experience in residential design. • Comfortable managing product selections, sourcing materials, and working within construction timelines and budgets. • Proficient with design tools and open to learning software like Programa to keep everything organized and efficient. • Detail-oriented, highly accountable, and a natural collaborator. • Excited to shape the visual identity and material palette of a company redefining what home can mean.
