Interior Design Associate

As a Retail Guest Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in achieving this goal by greeting and engaging customers, uncovering their home furnishing needs, and providing them with exceptional products and services. You will also be responsible for building rapport with clients, earning their business through your exceptional product knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent listening skills. Additionally, you will develop and maintain a customer base through networking and client follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction before and after the sale. • We understand the importance of developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers. • We value honesty, integrity, and transparency in everything we do, and we expect the same from our employees. To succeed in this role, you must be able to work a 5-day retail schedule that includes nights, weekends (both Saturdays and Sundays for Full Time, either/or for Part Time), and most holidays. You should also be able to communicate effectively and work well under pressure.
