• Develop and maintain a customer base through networking and client follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction before and after the sale.
• Generate sales through a low-pressure consultative approach.
• Greet and engage customers, uncovering their home furnishing needs.

The Retail Guest Experience Specialist is responsible for building strong relationships with customers to deliver a memorable shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
