Your Role: Contribute and Evolve Phase 1: Administrative & Project Coordination You'llcompany'sr company's • Keep the daily engine running—manage scheduling, paperwork, mail, and deliveries by keeping the daily engine running. • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients in a professional, responsive manner. • Support the marketing, sales, production, and design teams with administrative and operational tasks. • Organize and maintain sample libraries and design materials • Manage pickups and deliveries of materials and samples • Assist with scheduling and follow-up for subcontractors and quotes • Take site measurements and perform 3D scans • Maintain project calendars, documentation, and tracking systems Phase 2: Grow Into a Full-Time Designer As you prove yourself, you'll take on design responsibilities that prepare you for a dedicated design role. • Assist in materials and finish selections • Help prepare client presentations • Learn and use our design software and project management tools • Participate in team design meetings and client-facing opportunities • Build your technical and creative skills while contributing directly to real projects What We're Looking For • A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (or on track to graduate in 2025) • Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills • A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to grow with a team • Willingness to do a variety of tasks—no job too small • Tech-savvy with everyday tools like email, spreadsheets, and calendars • Bonus: Experience or coursework in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software Why Join Us?
