Job Description: • Create rooms using our design center. • Schedule and attend in-home appointments. • Train alongside our Designer from start to finish on projects. Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive hourly rate plus uncapped commission on written sales. Our average retail design representatives earn over $42,000/year with top performers earning over $60k.
