We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Interior Design Assistant to join our talented team. Role Overview As an Interior Design Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Principal and Project Managers in various aspects of the design process. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on professional experience and develop skills in high-end residential projects. Your ability to stay organized, be proactive, and quickly adapt to changing priorities will make you an invaluable part of our team. Key Responsibilities -Organize and manage the design sample library -Provide administrative support, including document management, meeting coordination, vendor correspondence and office supply orders -Collaborate with the design team on creating presentations, schedules and drawings for a range of projects -Gain exposure to exciting high-end residential projects and experience professional growth and development in the interior design industry Qualifications • Experience in residential interior design preferred • Proficiency in, AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, and Photoshop • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced, creative environment • A keen eye for detail and a passion for interior design • Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design Compensation: competitive salary based on experience Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Education: • Bachelor's (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Boston, MA 02118 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
