Interior Design Assistant

We are Growing!!! Five Star Interiors, a Nationally recognized Interior Design Firm specializing in Model Home Merchandising, is looking for new, amazing talent to join our team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about design, detail-oriented and creative with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Applicant must possess the following skills: excellent organization, time management, Knowledge of construction processes and Interior Specifications/Interior Architectural Details, problem solving, strategic-thinking, ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an active studio environment, ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines. This job also requires some travel, including over night stays for installs, frame walks and meetings that need assistance. Helping create presentation material boards, scanning in surface materials and development of renderings. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in interior design or interior architecture, 2+ years’ experience in Interior Design, Site & Field verification. Software skills: AutoCAD & Illustrator experience required, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Useful Experience: Canva desired, Residential Design, experience working with Lighting Selections and color boards a plus To apply: Please submit your resume, cover letter, portfolio, and salary requirements.
