Interior Design Assistant

We are a design company and seeking for an Assistance to become a part of our team! You will help with all daily activities to ensure that our projects are running smoothly. Responsibilities: • Oversee and coordinate Installations. • Interact with Costumers. • Investigate and resolve job issues. • Update and report to supervisor of daily activities. • Ensure all work gets done and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion. • Inspect and report all Received Materials. • Ensure materials get delivery to the job sites. • Enforce rules and regulations. Qualifications: • Previous experience working for a design company or other related fields. • Familiarity with construction materials. • Ability to use measuring tools. • Ability to balance multiple demands and task. • Have a valid Driver License. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Bilingue English/Spanish.
