About us Beverly Tracy Home Design is a boutique Interior Design Firm specializing in luxury Residential Interior Design with select Commercial projects. We are located in Saratoga Springs, NY and Los Angeles, CA and are adding to our team on both coasts. The best candidate will be an innovative thinker who enjoys working collaboratively, has design experience, enjoys Interior Design and working with Clients and members of the Team, and looks forward to the workday. Additionally, this person will be able to support and contribute to the development and implementation of beautiful, intentional and well-designed interior spaces which are functional, with proper space planning, colors, and materials. Comfortable on a construction site and in a luxury home, the best candidate will be proficient on the computer, savvy with technology, have great follow-through, and keep up with new developments in the design industry. This can be a full time or part time position with flexible hours. Recent graduates are welcome who have completed internships and have relatable field experience. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and creative person with a proven interest and experience in Interior Design. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes an hourly rate plus commission opportunities. We offer unlimited unpaid time off because it is our belief that it is essential to support the needs of the business while balancing them with personal needs. This might include leaving the Studio every day to walk a dog, coming in at 10am after a daily run, or taking a weekly morning off to do Yoga.
