If you are a detailed oriented, creative individual with excellent follow-through and follow-up skills, this job is for you! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Collaborating with lead designer and clients to determine the design preferences and requirements - Developing design concepts and presenting them to clients for approval - Creating detailed drawings and specifications using CAD, Revit, and SketchUp - Collaborating on materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that align with the client's vision - Maintain all phases of the design process including programming client needs, conceptual and schematic design, document preparation and construction administration - Managing project timelines and... ensuring that projects are on schedule - Overseeing the installation of design elements and coordinating with contractors - Conducting site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that may arise REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Proven ability to self-manage and demonstrate professional maturity - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while adjusting priorities if necessary - Excellent customer service skills - Proficiency in CAD, Revit and SketchUp - Strong knowledge of interior design principles and practices - Ability to create accurate technical drawings and specifications - Experience in budgeting and managing project costs - Knowledge of lighting design principles and techniques - Familiarity with remodeling processes and construction materials - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Attention to detail and keen eye for aesthetics Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $40,000. 00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Ability to Relocate: Vero Beach, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person.
