Interior Design Assistant

- Provide support with all phases of the design process to include site visits, design development, client communication, presentations, and final installations - Assist in researching and sourcing hard surface selections, furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, art, accessories, etc. - Communicating with vendors for quotes, product specifications, and availability - Create, manage, and organize project binders and materials to ensure proper documentation for all projects - Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors - Management of orders to ensure timely delivery with scheduled installations - Ensure studio is organized and material library is maintained
