Interior Design Assistant

Toledo Geller is an award winning boutique interior design firm servicing New Jersey and the tri-state area. We are looking for a creative, passionate and fun design assistant to join our team. You must be a hardworker, eager to learn and grow and willing to roll up your sleeves and take on anything. You will be part of a close knit group of designers who thrive on teamwork. Your role will... include assisting our principal designers and junior designer in any and all aspects of a project from concept through completion, including but not limited to: presentation boards and materials, obtaining quotes and pricing from vendors, entering proposals, creating purchase orders, sourcing, product procurement, tracking, creating finish schedules, oversee some installations of FF&E. You will also be involved in admin tasks such as answering phones, running errands, shopping for essentials, answering the studio phone, receiving and inventorying packages at studio, maintaining studio cleanliness and organizing our materials library. We are looking for someone with great energy and a desire to learn and grow with our firm. A can-do attitude is a must
