The position is responsible for coordinating all elements of the process including construction, budgeting and design, along with staff, vendor and cost management. JOB DUTIES (include but are not limited to the following): • Responsible for all store projects : new, remodels and all of brand improvements projects • Creates cost estimates/proposals for construction build-out. • Develops design and layout for franchise bakery stores according to franchise brand guidelines • Draft technical drawings using CAD, Sketch up, Adobe and any other design software • Familiarize with all equipments used in stores to better facilitate store construction and operations • The priority is to respect the timetable and budgets for each project. • Nationwide business trip for construction management & coordination in expanding the franchise brand COMPETENCIES • A driven, motivated, and cooperative attitude. • Solid understanding of construction materials, processes, and details QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction • 5 years Plus directly related experience in Interior construction and design ※ retail and/or restaurant project experience preferred • More construction experience preferred. • Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. • Bilingual in English and Korean • Proficiency in construction project management software, knowledge of construction industry best practices, and an understanding of relevant building codes and regulations Employee Benefits • Med/Den/Vis/Life Insurance (100% Company Covered) from Day 1 • Short Term and Long-Term Disability Leave (short term 100% covered) • 401(k) 5% Match (no vesting period!) from Day 1 • Flexible Time Available • $600 Lifestyle Allowance (Annually) • Cellphone Reimbursements • Employee Discounts (40% off CJ products & services) • Paid Time Off (generous and increases by tier!)
