Interior Design Assistant and Interior Dedign Bookkeeper

Lisa Friedman Design is a High End Boutique Interior Design Firm specializing in Residential design. I am in need of a bookkeeper, proficeient and experienced in Interior design billing... This position can mostly work virtually and can be part-time The Design Assistant can work full-time or part-time : Applicant MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience working at an INTERIOR DESIGN FIRM. Please do not apply if you do not have this experience. Need the ideal candidate to step right in from day one. Must be willing to work under the principal as an assistant Hourly pay is based on experience and depth of knowledge of the Interior Design Process including spreadsheets, fabric sample coordination, client file upkeep. Candidate needs to be fluent in Excel, ADOBE PhotoShop, Space Planning, Quickbooks, Resourcing, Pricing, Prepare Presentations, Preparing Quotes and Submitting Purchase Orders plus excellent follow up. Must be highly organized, multi-tasker,, self-motivated and have proficient communication skills, including phone/email skills.
