Interior Design Assistant

```Job Overview``` We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet our clients' needs and preferences. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including residential and commercial spaces. ```Duties``` - Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, requirements, and budget - Create design concepts and present them to clients for approval - Develop detailed plans, including layout, furniture selection, lighting design, color schemes, and materials - Source and select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories - Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of the design plan - Oversee the installation of design elements and ensure they meet quality standards - Stay updated on current design trends and technologies ```Requirements``` - Proven... experience as an Interior Designer or similar role - Proficiency in 3ds Max, Sketchup, Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software - Strong knowledge of color theory and lighting design principles - Experience in remodeling and renovation projects - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently as well as in a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Knowledge of budgeting and pricing for interior design projects If you are passionate about creating beautiful spaces and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
