Interior Design Assistant/Project Manager

Qualifications: 2+ years interior design experience Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, InDesign Design Manager experience a plus Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture Essential Job Functions: Meet with clients in concert with principal and singularly for in home consultations Measure client homes and input into AutoCAD Create floor plans, elevations, sketches, renderings, presentation boards and any additional graphics for presentation Research and assist in coordination of colors, finishes, fabrics, hardware Visit vendors for product source Input information into Design Manager software for proposal and track all products through to installation Project manage and schedule subcontractors Track and allocate all hours worked on client projects and present to Office Manager at the end of every calendar month for client billing Provide outstanding customer service including responding to phone calls and emails Support and assist staff in communication with company clients, vendors, bookeepers and employees Assist in organizing and maintaining fabric library Demonstrated ability to organize, plan and execute assigned tasks Full time in person in our Lexington, MA studio Please respond with a resume and portfolio.
