Interior Design Assistant

As an assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect interior design solutions for their homes. The ideal candidate will be a creative and motivated sales professional with excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills. They will also possess a competitive, goal-oriented nature and be able to work well in a team environment. Responsibilities include greeting and engaging customers, uncovering their home furnishing needs, and providing personalized product recommendations. You will also be responsible for building rapport with clients, earning their business through your ability to demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and strong interpersonal skills. In addition to providing world-class customer service, you will be responsible for generating sales through a low-pressure consultative approach. You will also be expected to develop and maintain a customer base through networking and client follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction before and after the sale.
