Benefits Package: Offered About the Role:We are a luxury home builder seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Residential Interior Design Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position ideal for someone passionate about high-end residential design and eager to grow within a collaborative, team-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist lead designers with all phases of residential interior design projects Support the development of design concepts, presentations, and client deliverables Create visual materials, including renderings using preferred design software Coordinate and communicate with builder trades, vendors, and project teams Participate in client meetings and help manage client communication Source materials, furnishings, and finishes in alignment with project goals Maintain organized project documentation, schedules, and selections Assist with on-site visits, installations, and project follow-through Qualifications: Interior Design degree or minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential interior design Proficiency in at least one rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and design principles What We Offer: Opportunity to work on high-end, custom residential projects Collaborative and supportive team environment Professional growth and development within the luxury home building industry Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
