About this role
The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team as an Interior Design Assistant & Project Manager. This is a hands-on role designed for a passionate, high-energy individual—ideally a design student or recent graduate—eager to see projects move from initial concept to final styling. What You’ll Do
• Design Support: Assist in developing concepts, mood boards, and detailed client presentations.
• Project Management: Prepare schedules, budgets, and procurement lists; manage project documentation including contracts and renovation timelines. Lead all team meetings and take detailed notes of project updates, share with the team.
• Procurement: Oversee and track all procurement of FF&E. Complete all purchasing using company card. Coordinate with consolidators or client for deliveries.

Who You Are
• A True Self-Starter: You don’t wait for a to-do list. You see a gap and fill it, jumping into mid-stream projects with ease. You are your own boss, the right candidate will be able to maintain a regular schedule and execute all tasks with no supervision.
• Detail-Obsessed: You catch the tiny errors—from a shipping delay to a 1/4" measurement discrepancy—before they become big problems.
• A Problem Solver: When a vendor says "backordered," you’ve already found two viable alternatives.
• An Expert Communicator: You can interpret technical drawings for a contractor and explain a design vision to a client with equal clarity.
