Collaborate with senior designers to execute design plans for clients' projects. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their design preferences and needs. Prepare design presentations and material boards for client meetings. Assist in product research and sourcing for design projects. Create 3D renderings and floor plans using AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. Maintain a thorough understanding of Restoration Hardware's product offerings and design aesthetic. Maintain organization and cleanliness of design studio and materials. Assist with project management tasks such as ordering and tracking materials, coordinating with vendors, and scheduling installations. Attend design meetings and assist in taking detailed notes and follow-up action items. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction with the design process. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques to continually improve design skills. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Uphold Restoration Hardware's brand standards and values. Adhere to project timelines and deadlines. Maintain confidentiality of client information. Proactively seek out opportunities to learn and grow within the company. Communicate effectively with team members and senior designers to ensure smooth project execution. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
