We’re hiring a Interior Design Assistant who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and jump into new home design projects in Chattanooga's most stunning communities. You’ll work alongside our award-winning design team, help bring beautiful homes to life, and gain real-world experience in client presentations and project coordination in a dynamic, team-driven setting. What You’ll Do • Update templates and maintain project documentation • Take detailed notes and track selections during design meetings • Format presentations and spreadsheets for client meetings and internal use • Import and verify selections from design meetings • Perform selection checklists on approved selections • Assist Interior Designers before, during, and after client meetings • Correspond professionally with clients • Design spec homes as needed following provided guidelines Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a construction or design environment Tech-savvy with a self-starter mindset — quick to adapt and willing to explore new tools and techniques Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects Strong written and verbal communication — collaborative and client-facing Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Acrobat, Google Slides, and Google Sheets What We Offer • C ompetitive Pay • Company-sponsored vacations for team-building and relaxation • Paid time off and holidays • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance • 401(k) with employer match • In-office role with flexibility to work remotely • A close-knit, creative team where your contributions are visible, valued, and impactful Location & Travel • This is a Chattanooga-based role. Candidates must live locally or be willing to relocate. • Must be comfortable with up to 15% local travel for community visits, f requent visits to construction sites, including walking on uneven terrain, stairs, planks, or ladders, with potential exposure to inclement weather.
