Collaborate with design professionals to assist in creating unique and functional spaces for clients. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail in all aspects of design, including material selection, space planning, and presentation. Continuously research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and design techniques. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering creative solutions. Assist in creating design proposals, mood boards, and presentations for clients. Coordinate and manage design projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Source and select furniture, accessories, and materials that align with company aesthetic and client preferences. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including design studio and sample library. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other professionals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. Manage and organize design samples, materials, and resources. Support team members with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing design documents. Embody the company's brand and mission by consistently delivering exceptional design services and representing the brand in a professional manner.
