Interior Design Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Interior Design Assistant to join our team at Restoration Hardware. As an Interior Design Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our talented team of designers to bring our clients' visions to life. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about interior design and eager to learn and grow within the industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Collaborate with the design team to assist in creating and executing interior design plans for clients Help gather client requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs and preferences Assist in creating mood boards, floor plans, and renderings to communicate design ideas to clients Source furniture, fabrics, and materials to be used in design projects Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain samples and pricing for design proposals Maintain project schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of design projects Communicate with clients and provide updates on the progress of their projects Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new design techniques to continuously improve skills and knowledge Assist in space planning and furniture layout for residential and commercial spaces Help with administrative tasks such as creating purchase orders and maintaining project files Contribute to the overall success of the design team by being a team player and providing support wherever needed.
