Interior Design Assistant/Executive Assistant

PH Design and Construction is a growing design build firm that is seeking a motivated, organized, individual that has a passion for design and a heart for people. We are customer experience focused so this individual needs to be a great communicator and have the ability to convey a concept while leading client to ensure their design goals are met. This person needs to be a problem solver and willing to bring ideas to the table to improve the process as we grow. Opportunity for advancement. Responsibilities: Assist lead designer with client meetings, overall designs for both residential remodel and new construction projects. Manage the design meeting calendar and follow up to keep client informed of project progress and design "To Do List". Assist in concepts for specific items in the project, research materials to achieve client design goals with in budget. Design Boards, Renderings (not required) Promote newly completed items on social media platforms. Skills: Organized, effective communicator, reliable, problem solver. Work Experience: Willing to train. Google Platform: Docs, Sheets, Slides- Would prefer experience with Room Styler, Sketch Up, Auto-Cad, Revit not required. Education: High School Diploma Would prefer design experience or graduate from design program from accredited institution. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
