Interior Design Assist. Project Manager(Mid-Level)/Jr Project Manager

Job Summary We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Project Manager (Mid-Level) or Junior Project Manager to join our interior design firm based in Miami Beach. You will work on high-end, primarily residential projects, supporting the team in conception phases, design, and drawing plans. This is a dynamic position requiring versatility, autonomy, and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Assist in the management and coordination of interior design projectsParticipate in project development from concept to completionPrepare detailed design documentation using AutoCAD and SketchUp to translate concepts into actionable plansProfile Requirements Fluent in English and/or SpanishAutonomous, rigorous, and adaptableCreative with a proactive mindset and strong ability to take initiativeProficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory)Proven experience in interior design project management or a related role with a strong understanding of the full project lifecycleStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesExcellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
