Interior Design and Space Planning Expert

Seeking a skilled Interior Design Specialist to support our firmwide workplace strategy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in interior design, space planning, and project management. Job Description: This dynamic role integrates multiple disciplines to ensure office environments are functional, visually compelling, and aligned with business goals. • Lead the design planning and execution of office space projects from concept through completion. • Develop drawings and presentations for internal stakeholders to communicate design intent and spatial solutions. • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather business intelligence for move sequencing and relocation logistics. • Manage the procurement and coordination of furniture systems ensuring alignment with corporate standards. • Serve as a liaison between local offices, vendors, project teams, and property management. • Oversee construction management for office buildouts and expansions. • Ensure compliance with corporate workplace design standards through review of fit plans and construction documents. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field. • 3 years of experience in interior design, space planning, and project management. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail and team-oriented mindset.
