About the Job As an Interior Design and Sales Specialist, you will work closely with customers to understand their interior design needs and provide them with customized estimates and proposals. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth and development. Key Responsibilities • Work with customers to understand their interior design needs. • Provide customized estimates and proposals to customers. • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up. • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely completion of projects and responsive communication. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree in related field preferred. • Prior sales experience in the construction or painting industry preferred. • Driver's license with clean driving record required. • Sales or related experience. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Goal-oriented, organized, and energetic. • Project, time management, and problem-solving skills.
