Job Description: The ideal candidate will deliver unique design solutions, owning each project from concept to completion. Key responsibilities include qualifying clients based on their wants, needs, and investment dollars available, discussing and identifying client design styles, creating design solutions, plans, quotes, and purchase orders, and accurately checking designs and orders. Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in cabinet design and 5 years of customer service and sales experience. Strong interpersonal communication skills, active listening, efficient problem-solving, time management, organization, and written communication are essential. Additionally, the ability to read blueprints, field measure, handle client product questions, and prospect new clients is necessary.
