Interior Design and Photography Support Professional

Key Responsibilities: As a Studio Associate, Set Grip, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of photo shoots, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Main Responsibilities: • Production Support: Provide exceptional support to the Photography team, assisting in setting up and preparing studio sets, and ensuring all necessary equipment is safely installed and functioning properly. • Safety and Compliance: Monitor and maintain site and studio safety standards, adhering to company protocols and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with Interior Design and Art Direction teams, providing exceptional support and assistance in various aspects of design and installation. • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, contributing to the development of best practices and quality assurance initiatives. Requirements and Qualifications: • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of work experience preferred. • Skills and Abilities: Strong physical abilities, attention to detail, effective communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability. • Leadership Experience: No previous leadership experience required; willingness to learn and grow within the role.
