TEW Design Studio is an award-winning, full-service interior design studio known for thoughtful, refined, and elevated spaces. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Interior Design and Marketing Assistant to support both our design team and brand presence. This role blends creative design coordination with marketing responsibilities, offering hands-on experience across multiple facets of a design studio.
This role is approximately 75% interior design support and 25% marketing and brand support.
Responsibilities:
Interior Design Support (Approximately 75%)
• Provide administrative and clerical support to lead designers
• Prepare documents, update client databases, handle phone calls, and manage correspondence
• Greet clients and organize meetings to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist with estimating project costs and sourcing products
• Help create and modify floor plans, elevations, renderings, and technical design documents using AutoCAD and Chief Architect
• Manage and maintain our sample library
• Receive, inspect, and organize packages; maintain warehouse and inventory organization
• Conduct site visits to take measurements, document progress, and support installation days
• Coordinate with fabricators, contractors, and trades as needed
• Help manage studio organization, scheduling, and internal workflows
• Proof proposals, specifications, and drawings for accuracy and consistency
• Assist with product ordering
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive studio environment while upholding brand standards
Marketing and Brand Support (Approximately 25%)
• Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms 1-2 times a week
• Create, post Instagram Stories 3-5 times a week
• Write and update blog posts aligned with the studio’s brand voice twice a month
• Update portfolio projects and other content on the website once a month
• Research, prepare, and submit projects for design awards and publications 3-4 times a year
• Assist with marketing planning, captions, and content execution to maintain a consistent brand presence
Qualifications
• Degree in Interior Design or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design or a related creative field
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Chief Architect, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience managing social media and website content
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to take initiative
• Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
• Professional demeanor with a client-centered approach
• Comfort with both creative and administrative tasks

• Positive attitude and professional demeanor, especially around clients
Schedule
• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
• In-office position (not remote)
