Interior design and Marketing

Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong ability to transform spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. This role requires proficiency in various design software and an understanding of lighting design, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. Responsibilities • Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget for interior design projects. • Draft detailed design plans using CAD software and other design tools. • Create visual presentations using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, to convey design concepts. • Develop 3D models and renderings using Rhinoceros 3D, 3ds Max, or similar software to illustrate proposed designs. • Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather information for design development. • Select appropriate materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the client's vision and project requirements. • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution. • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to interior design. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred. • Proficiency in CAD software; experience with Revit is a plus. • Strong knowledge of lighting design principles and lighting sales experience is advantageous. • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating compelling presentations. • Experience with 3D modeling software such as Rhinoceros 3D or 3ds Max is desirable. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • A keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design solutions.
