Job Description As an Airframe Finish Technician at Western Aircraft, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes on aircraft interiors. This involves working with various materials, applying coatings, and restoring woodwork to its original state. You will work independently, setting your own pace to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality control. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with colleagues and ensuring projects are completed efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Apply pre-mixed coatings to well-prepared interior aircraft parts. • Restore woodwork to its original state using stains and high-build clear topcoats. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient project completion. • Perform physical labor, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds in an aircraft hangar environment.
