About this role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Administrator to join our interior design studio. This is a key administrative role that supports the operational and logistical side of our projects—not a design position. Candidates should have strong experience in administrative workflows, vendor coordination, and order management.
Key Responsibilities:
Create pricing estimates and manage project budgets
Place, track, and manage orders, payments, and vendor communications
Oversee claims and resolve order discrepancies
Coordinate with receiving warehouse and delivery teams
Assist in preparing and sending client proposals and onboarding documents
Support ongoing project communication and administrative needs
Qualifications:
Proven experience placing orders and managing vendor relationships
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong administrative background (experiece working in the interior design industry preferred )
Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
This position will require you to be here in person. Some work from home flexibility is an option.
Important:
This is strictly an administrative position and does not involve design work. Applicants must have relevant administrative experience.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
